Digital Products and Services

Digital products, including Lua development kits, are delivered electronically as license keys. A license key is considered redeemed when it has been used to access, activate, download, or otherwise claim the associated digital product. Consulting services, custom work, and implementation support may be governed by additional written statements of work, invoices, or service agreements.

Payments

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment card transactions are processed securely through Stripe. TRDEMRK LLC does not store full payment card numbers on this website.

Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, MB WAY, Satispay, Stablecoins and Crypto, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Pix, subject to Stripe availability, customer location, payment method eligibility, issuing bank approval, and payment network rules.

Payment Security and PCI

Payment forms and payment links must be served over HTTPS. Stripe processes card data and helps manage PCI DSS obligations for payment collection. TRDEMRK LLC does not intentionally collect or store full card numbers, card security codes, or raw magnetic stripe data on this website.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards for customer and order data, including limiting access to business need, relying on reputable service providers, and reviewing support or payment issues through controlled accounts.

Refunds and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or you are dissatisfied with a purchase, contact compliance@trdemrk.com. Digital product refund requests are eligible when submitted within 24 hours of purchase or while the license key has not been redeemed. Once a license key has been redeemed and the 24-hour refund window has passed, the purchase is generally final. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

One-time digital product purchases cannot be canceled after license key redemption unless otherwise required by law. For subscriptions, retainers, reservations, or recurring services, you may request cancellation by emailing compliance@trdemrk.com. Any completed work, delivered products, redeemed license keys, or used service time may remain billable.

Returns

TRDEMRK LLC primarily sells digital products, license keys, and services, so physical returns generally do not apply. If physical goods are offered in the future, the applicable return process will be stated before purchase.

Legal and Export Restrictions

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when purchasing or using TRDEMRK LLC products and services. TRDEMRK LLC may refuse or cancel service where required by law, sanctions, export restrictions, or payment network rules.

Promotions

Any promotions, discounts, coupons, or trials will include the applicable terms when offered. If no promotion terms are shown, no promotion applies.
