End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers software, plugins, connectors, and related services provided by TRDEMRK LLC ("TRDEMRK," "we," or "us"), including private integrations with third-party platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks Online.

License

Subject to this Agreement, TRDEMRK grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or use the software to provide a public multi-tenant service to unrelated third parties without a separate written agreement.

Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, and OAuth connections you authorize. Do not share secrets publicly. You must comply with Intuit's and other providers' terms when connecting their products.

Data

When you connect third-party services, the software may read or write data as needed to operate the integration you enable. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy. For internal-only deployments, data remains within your authorized systems and is not published as a public product feature.

Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. TRDEMRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software or connected third-party services.
