Delivery

Lua development kits and other digital products are delivered electronically as license keys after purchase. A license key is considered redeemed when it has been used to access, activate, download, or otherwise claim the associated digital product. No physical shipping is required for digital products or consulting services.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Stripe using secure payment handling. TRDEMRK LLC does not store full payment card numbers on this website. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, MB WAY, Satispay, Stablecoins and Crypto, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Pix, subject to availability and eligibility.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund and dispute requests should be sent to compliance@trdemrk.com. Digital product refund requests are eligible when submitted within 24 hours of purchase or while the license key has not been redeemed. Once a license key has been redeemed and the 24-hour refund window has passed, the purchase is generally final.

Cancellations

One-time digital product purchases cannot be canceled after license key redemption unless otherwise required by law. For recurring services, retainers, or scheduled consulting work, cancellation requests must be sent by email.

Returns

Digital products, license keys, and services cannot be physically returned. If physical goods are offered in the future, return eligibility and instructions will be provided before purchase.
