Delivery

Consulting services and digital deliverables are provided electronically. No physical shipping is required unless a future product explicitly includes it.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Stripe using secure payment handling. TRDEMRK LLC does not store full payment card numbers on this website. Accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Cartes Bancaires, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Link, MB WAY, Satispay, Stablecoins and Crypto, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Pix, subject to availability and eligibility.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund and dispute requests should be sent to compliance@trdemrk.com. Refund eligibility follows the applicable statement of work or invoice, or as required by law.

Cancellations

For recurring services, retainers, or scheduled consulting work, cancellation requests must be sent by email. Completed work or used service time may remain billable unless otherwise required by law.

Returns

Services and digital deliverables cannot be physically returned. If physical goods are offered in the future, return eligibility and instructions will be provided before purchase.
